実際に業務を体験して頂いて、会社の雰囲気・働いている従業員・仕事内容について理解を深めてもらうという取り組みです。
実施期間はだいたい一週間程度です。
この期間に、お互いの相性を見て行きながら、ご縁があれば正社員として入社という形になります。
現在一名の方が参加して下さっており、楽しくインターンシップをさせて頂いております。
インターンシップの方がいらっしゃると私共も新鮮な気持ちになることが出来ます。

Recently we have been recruiting new members. Our company have an internship program. At the program, participants experience our work. they are expected to become familiar with our corporate atmosphere, employees, and contents of work by doing it. It usually takes a week to complete the program. During it we find out if we and a participant can get along with each other. Then we decide whether we formally hire a participant.
Now we have a participant experiencing the internship program, and we enjoy working with him. When we welcome an internship participant, we can always feel fresh.
