弊社では朝にロック事業部と営業支援課の2つの部署が
それぞれ1回ずつ朝礼を行っています。
営業支援課で前日に行った朝礼の内容を
翌日のロック事業部の朝礼で発表しています。
最近では、月曜日に
営業支援課の氷見さんによる英語の勉強、王さんによる中国語の勉強が増えました。
お二人とも、ロックの営業の方が海外のお客様に対して対応する際に簡単に使えるフレーズを教えて下さっています。
新しいことを吸収できるので密かに月曜日の朝礼は楽しみにしています！

私の番になると未だに緊張してうまく話せないのですが
みなさん笑顔で聞いて下さり、コミュニケーションをとれる場でもあるので
とても勉強になる時間です。

Hello, I’m Ohara, member of the sales support team.
The lock department and the sales support team respectively have a morning meeting every day. The contents of the meeting of the sales support team are used at the meeting of the lock
department next day. Recently we have started study foreign language on Monday. Ms. Ou teach Chinese, Himi English. Both of them tell us phrases that can be easily used when the members of the lock department respond to foreign customers. Because I can learn new things, I secretly look forward to the morning meeting on Monday.
The members of the sales support team moderate the meetings by rotation. When my turn comes, I still feel nervous, so I can’t speak fluently. But everyone listen to me with smile and we communicate well with each other, so we learn a lot from the morning meetings.iPhone$B$+$iAw?.(B
