” 246 ” is a padlock without keyhole.
This lock can be unlocked by usual smartphones.
So users are free from anxiety of losing keys, and not bothered by many keys.
Lithium battery CR2 is necessary for 246, and the battery last at least half a year, when frequency of opening and closing is around 10 times a day. It isn’t waterproof and dustproof, so can’t be used outside.

It is a smart lock easy to install by yourself.
How to lock and unlock doors
When registration of Akerun is completed, available Akerun will be displayed on top page after login.
Tapping the mark near the door to which Akerun attached, users can lock and unlock the door.
Sharing one ” key ”
How to share one ” Akerun ” is easy.
All you have to do is to enter the
data of mobile phone number or e-mail address of the person you want to pass the key, to set the conditions such as validated date, and to send it.
A SMS notice or an e-mail will be arrived at the person.
Checking usage history in real time
Akerun owner can know registrated family members and friends locking and unlocking the door by Akerun in real time by pop-up notice on smartphones.
And past usage history can be seen on the application.iPhone$B$+$iAw?.(B

FINGERPRINT DETECTION WITHOUT TOUCH
APPLICATION OF SPACE TECHNOLOGY
Research team of Waseda University invented an equipment to detect finger prints and palm prints which are important evidence in police investigation by particular kind of laser light without touching them.
The technology called ” remote sensing ”are applied to the equipment, and practical realization in 2 years are expected.
This equipment is called ” Hiper forensic imager ”
, and developed by a research team of Waseda University, National Research Institute of Police Science, and private companies.
Green laser light are put on fingerprints and palm prints which people left, and then light reflected by protein substance and fat are detected.
A collection of fingerprints can be done within a munite.
In the conventional way that micro powder of metal and liquid are attached to fingerprints, a collection from layers of fingerprints is almost impossible, and there is risk of damaging evidence.
But in the experiment of this new way more than 70% of layers of fingerprints can be taken separately by analyzing wavelength of reflected light.
Mr. Takayuki Muneta, professor of Waseda University, said, ” If remains information about cell other than fat and amino acid, elements of fingerprints, DNA will come to be detected by this way in the future.”iPhone$B$+$iAw?.(B

さて、先日は防犯性を高めるために玄関の鍵をもうひとつ追加したいという依頼で補助錠の新規取付を行いました。

だんだんと暖かくなってきましたね。
先月、個人的に沖縄に行ってきたのですが、沖縄の桜は2月中旬時点ではもう終わりかけでした。
その桜前線もだんだんと関西方面にやってくると思うと、ワクワクしますね。
菜の花や新玉ねぎなど旬の野菜も増えてきました。
春は活動の季節です。
4月には新入社員が3名入社予定です。また社内に新しい風が吹くでしょう。

SMART LOCK?
Smartphones can become ”keys”.
People can lock and unlock entrance doors of houses and offices by using smartphones instead of conventional ”keys”. As smartphones spread rapidly, it seems to draw attention that whether ”smart lock” become popular as new usage of smartphones. In ”smart lock” system, smartphones are used as keys by enabling smartphones information to be read by a device attached to doors and so on.iPhone$B$+$iAw?.(B

When people carry around large size files such as motion picture and music, potable HDD(hard disc drive) is useful, but security of them are concerned.
Once users lose or drop it, the data inside of it may be misused or broken.
Buffalo portable HDD”ＨＤ−ＰＺＮＵ３” with a high-security level and strong tolerance against shocks, solve such problems.
It has 1 terabyte of disk storage, and selling price is around 20 000 yen.
The features of the product is that HDD can be locked and Suica, IC card ticket, is used to unlock it.
Passing Suica over the potable HDD, like when going through ticket wickets, users can unlock it easily.
This function is available by using other 13 IC card tickets all over the country,
PASMO, ICOCA, and so on.
Moreover, electronic money cards such as Edy, nanaco, can be used.
When using it, first, a card has to be registered on portable HDD.
This product is strong enough to bear shocks to some extent, because of silicon rubber inside of it.
It is water-proof, and 300 grams in weight, so it is at ease with carrying around.
